1. What this is
The Ask Steed publishing app ("the app") is a private, self-hosted tool used by the creator of Ask Steed to schedule and publish Ask Steed's own videos and captions to Ask Steed's own social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and X. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the Ask Steed creator can sign up or use it.
2. Who may use it
Only the owner of the Ask Steed accounts may connect accounts to the app or use it. Each account is connected through the platform's official sign-in and permission screen, and can be disconnected at any time from the platform's own settings or from the app.
3. Platform rules
Everything published through the app must follow the rules of the platform it is published on, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and each platform's rules on labelling AI-generated content. Ask Steed videos are AI-generated and are labelled as such.
4. Content
The Ask Steed creator owns and is responsible for all content published through the app. The app does not create content on its own and does not publish anything without the creator scheduling or approving it.
5. Availability
The app is provided as is, for the creator's own use. It may change or stop at any time.
6. Viewers

7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
